Hey, we don’t judge. We love refrigerators! Keep in mind that because we don’t add any preservatives to our food, refrigerating as opposed to freezing will reduce the meals’ shelf life. You should eat your meals within three days of when you store them in your fridge.
Also, don’t forget to lower your microwave time if your bowl has been living in the fridge. We recommend halving the time when heating up a refrigerated meal since the meals will defrost in the fridge.
