You can use your Customer Portal to skip your next delivery up until your card has been charged. To get there, go to www.mosaicfoods.com and log in with your username and password. You’ll automatically redirect to your Customer Portal.
Once logged in, you'll see on your main page Your Plan, your Frequency, and Your Box.
Scroll down below Your Box to see Your Last Order, and Your Next Order with Skip and Reschedule buttons. When you successfully Skip or Reschedule an order, you'll see this pop-up:
Please note that when an order charges to your billing, it is essentially 'saved' and any changes you make in your Customer Portal will not reflect on that new order. Instead your changes will be applied to your following order.
If you receive an Order Confirmation and need to cancel or adjust the order in any way, be sure to reach out to our support team as soon as possible: support@mosaicfoods.com, 317-597-6409
Please keep our system cutoff in mind: if you let the team know before these times, they'll be able to cancel or adjust your order for you!
- To adjust a Tuesday or Wednesday delivery: 3pm EST/ 12pm PST Sunday-prior.
- To adjust a Friday delivery: 3pm EST/ 12pm PST Wednesday-prior.
