You can use your Customer Portal to skip your next delivery up until your card has been charged. To get there, go to www.mosaicfoods.com and log in with your username and password. You’ll automatically redirect to your Customer Portal. If you click Your Plan on the left side of the page, you’ll see a list of all your upcoming deliveries. Use the “Skip” button to skip your next order.
If your card has already been charged, if you want to skip or reschedule a delivery scheduled further out, or if you’re having trouble making changes, you can always contact us at support@mosaicfoods.com if you’d like to skip deliveries even further into the future. We’re happy to help!
